Personalized orders lock for production as soon as checkout completes, so names, spelling and photos cannot be changed afterwards. Please double-check every detail before you add to cart — we are not able to cover a misspelled name or a low-resolution photo.
Because every item is printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives with a real problem, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you:
- The item arrived damaged or broken
- The print is blurry or does not match the photos on our site
- You received a different design or size than you ordered
Email info@printfamily.com with your order number and a photo or video of the problem. Colors can vary by up to about 20% from on-screen photos because of lighting and monitor differences.
